My role is a standalone role and sits within the wider EMEA, People@Nasdaq team. Managing the end to end recruitment process for our Western Europe offices (London, Milan, Frankfurt and Paris)  and on occasion Nordic offices (Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm) based out of our London office. 
My portfolio includes;  Global Trading & Market Services (GTMS), Market Infrastructure Technology (MIT), Corporate Solutions (CS), Risk and Legal.

Responsibilities  include: screening candidates, liaising with internal stakeholders, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and HR colleagues across our EMEA, APAC & Americas regions on internal projects and managing offers.  I am also one of the HR point of contacts for the London office.

My role sits within the Talent Acquisition team which is part of the wider PP (People & Performance) team at Deloitte in New Zealand .

Managing the end to end recruitment process for experienced hires recruitment within the Financial Advisory business unit, which includes;  M&A, Infrastructure, Actuarial & Restructuring and the  Risk Advisory business unit, which includes; Cyber, Forensics, Heath & Safety, Operational  Risk & Technology Risk.

Main responsibilities  include;  proactively sourcing candidates, liaising with internal stakeholders  including Partners  in regards to the recruitment  process  and strategy & managing offers.

Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor | Financial & Risk Advisory

haysmacintyre is an award winning top 25 firm of chartered accountants and tax advisors, with 38 partners and over 350 staff, providing advice to entrepreneurs, fast-growing and owner-managed businesses, charities and not for profit organisations across the UK and internationally. 
 
 A standalone role  within the HR function. Responsible for managing the firms entire Experienced  Hires  recruitment from end to end (Audit, Tax, Outsourcing, Operations; including, Marketing, IT and HR).  This included; Proactively sourcing  candidates in order to drive down agency costs, managing offers, interviewing and screening candidates to assess suitability, liaising with stake holders within the business to discuss recruitment, candidate market and strategy and reviewing agency terms .

Typical roles I recruited for were; Audit Semi Senior's/ Senior's/ Supervisors,  Tax Manager's, Senior Tax Managers , Tax Semi Seniors/ Seniors / Supervisors and Marketing Coordinators. More niche roles, included NFP Audit Managers , Company Secretary, and Head of IT Operations.

Recruitment Advisor | Audit, Tax, Operations & Outsourcing. 

My role sat  within the Resource Solutions team onsite at EY. Managing the recruitment process for permanent hires within  L&D, Talent, HR & Reward, Facilities and Risk. 

Duties included; holding regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss recruitment as well as candidate pipeline, liaising with HR and the onboarding team in regards to new employee start dates, processing referral and internal hires.  

Typical roles I recruited for were; HR Advisor's, Risk Analyst's, Finance  Advisors  and Learning and Development Consultants.

Capita Travel and Events

The purpose of my role is to provide a specialist service to the Client & Market Development team (CMD) at PwC; including any enquiries requiring expertise.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

•Putting together detailed proposals for clients on Excel, including savings to the client and details about the venues.
•	Attending site visits, in order to source out the best venues for my clients. 
•	Building client relationships by attending PwC client events. 
•	Organising site visits for the client and where necessary arrange to accompany them.
•	Attending face to face meetings with clients.
•	Reviewing final invoices 

COMPLIANCE :
•	Reviewing contracts from a compliance perspective.
•	Ensuring that all events are in compliance with PwC regulations.
•	Liaising with the procurement team at PwC


- Aside from my role as a CMD Conference Consultant, I have been appointed The Supplier Management Liaison for the London Capita office. Responsibilities include:
•	Building supplier relations through acting as the first point of contact between suppliers and the Capita London team.
•	Managing the supplier presentation diary.
•	Organising and facilitating supplier meetings

UK Client & Market Development (CMD) Consultant  - PwC Account

Working on the venue finding team, solely for Ernst and Young. I search for the perfect venue's for various types of events including, private dinners, conference‘s and corporate client meeting's.

• Attending site visits in order to source out the best venues for clients.
• Organising site visits for clients. 
• Negotiating the best possible rates for the client.
• Putting together detailed proposals for clients, including savings to the client and details about the venues.
• Group accommodation.
• Dealing with deposits and invoices.
• Organising and overseeing meetings with suppliers. 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
• Sales calls to clients, to establish repeat/ new business 

COMPLIANCE: 
• Reviewing contracts from a compliance perspective.
•Liaising with the procurement and legal team at EY.
•Ensuring that all events are in compliance with EY regulations.
•Negotiating clauses on behalf of EY, where advised by EY legal. 
•Annual completion of Anti Bribery, Data Protection, Financial Crime and Information Security training.

Ernst & Young is one of the biggest international global leaders in assurance,tax transaction and advisory services. 

As a receptionist at Ernst & Young I worked on all the reception areas, including Client suites, main building reception areas, and looked after the Global Executives within the Ernst &Young Global department.

•	Meeting and greeting clients,
•	 Offering clients refreshments and directing them to the right person.
•	Answering queries,emails and phone calls and taking messages,
•	Reserving meeting rooms on a computerised meeting room booking system.
