Assignments include enterprise-wide customer intimacy & loyalty program design and optimization (both product design/management and consumer value proposition), partnership strategies/business development and integrated customer relationship marketing strategies (online – web, mobile web, apps  & email and offline – in-store POS, direct mail, & flyers) with an emphasis on customer segmentation, acquisition & retention, fraud & risk mitigation and corporate profitability.  Responsible for product roadmap management including identification and pre-envisioning features in an agile development environment.

Responsible for innovative consumer-centric Go-To-Market strategies including Consumer Loyalty programs, Travel, and Higher Education.  Efforts includes full life cycle development: concept ideation, business planning, market and competitive analysis, audience research (qualitative, quantitative and ethnographic), best practice benchmarking, branding/marketing recommendations, consumer/member promotion and engagement strategies, securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in including Executive Leadership and Board of Directors whilst working in a highly matrixed organization.  Responsible for vendors, contractors/consultants and strategic partner selection process and optimizing marketing efforts through collaborative, cost effective and measurable marketing plans.  Responsibilities included managing departmental budget (over $8M).  Achievements include securing major partnerships with British Airways, Coupons.com and others in record time while defining new processes.

•	Identified 3 innovative new membership platforms that address societal acceptance of technology, policy/legislative changes in healthcare and demographic changes in the American public all with the intent to increase the propensity to join and stay with AARP  
•	Identified over $15M in savings through consolidated procurement of printing and paper by optimization of effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing, merchandising and inventory management efforts across all print channels including direct mail and magazines.

Responsible for securing and providing management oversight on numerous key loyalty and employee engagement focused accounts, amounting to more than $50MM in sales of strategic marketing services including leveraging all media including digital, social, print, broadcast, PR, trade, events, conferences, guerilla marketing and internal communications.  Leveraged consumer insights, strategy and solutions to drive significant new client acquisition, substantial revenue growth and stellar customer satisfaction indexes while reinforcing the Client’s brand.  Most recent work included establishing AARP’s MRM (Member Relationship Management) vision and blueprint by utilizing Peppers and Rogers proven methodology, deployment of MRM across multiple departments/divisions leveraging best practices in change management, and the development of an aggressive member acquisition strategy through email marketing including test and learn agendas, list rental optimization, measurement and management to strict CPA guidelines.  

Other work included supporting designing and deploying international award-winning employee recognition and rewards programs for Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal & TD, managing loyalty programs for British Airways, Budget Rent A Car, Radisson & Bank of America and direct marketing efforts for AOL, Bell Canada, Ford, & General Motors.
