I believe that we all deserve to have a fulfilling professional career and I want to contribute to that by helping build better workplaces. We spend a big part of our lives working. Wouldn't be great if we could show up to work every day with a drive and passion to add value? if our work provided us with a sense of purpose and meaning? That's what employee engagement looks like in the workplace. And its impact on the business is tremendous! For the last 15 years, I have been empowering people to learn and grow while focusing my work on 3 key areas : the corporate culture and work environment, leadership development and employee development. I am also an advocate of diversity and inclusion. I seek to educate people about the value that difference of personality, culture and perspective can bring to performance and growth. This has proven to be particularly important in the multicultural and matrix environments that I worked in. I am happiest and of most value when I identify business needs and I design, develop and facilitate solutions and learning experiences that help people develop their skills. I am interested in connecting with passionate individuals who are striving to make a positive impact in the world.
