I have had my fair share of hardships throughout my life but what has struck me the most was the battle my 9-year old son faced with osteosarcoma, an aggressive cancer of the bone. This period brought disharmony to my family life with a tumultuous journey that would begin in the United Arab Emirates and end in Sweden. My son survived his ordeal, and my family and I have grown from it. Needless to say, my life has changed markedly and I have come to embrace these changes. I never asked, ‘why me’? I moved forward, and I now use my experience to help others as an inspirational speaker. WHO AM I? I have always been a leader from an early age – as a daughter, a sister, a mother, an Interior Designer, a promoter, 15 years as a corporate sales leader, a fitness trainer, a friend, and now a Success Coach. WHAT DO I DO? I have developed a Leadership Design Program, which I customize to the needs of both companies and private individuals to help them become the very best version of themselves. This support could come in the form of either private or group coaching sessions, which I will give my clients on their personal goals and/ or their professional objectives. As your coach, I will listen to you and I will ask you a set of reflective questions in which you will discover things you never knew about yourself. I may use behavioral assessment tools, give presentations or perhaps tailor a workshop as a means of helping you make the most out of your competences. You may even wish for me to be a speaker at an event. The aim is to help you maximize your potential whether it is for your benefit or for the benefit of your company.
