Thank you for visiting my profile. I’m Helen, I’ve been a self employed business owner and investing in property full time since 2016. Having had a successful career actually applying my Masters and going on to learn even more about the world of sales, team management and business relations, I took the plunge to exit the corporate existence and start up in business for myself. Property wise I’m all about building a cash flowing portfolio and buying projects for renovation and small development. I also work with investors helping them enjoy a positive return on their money During this time out of the corporate world, I also built a successful coaching business helping others develop and grow both personally and professionally particularly around mindset, confidence, resilience and productive application of strategy. After 6 1/2 years I wrapped this up to focus fully on the larger scale property developments we were undertaking. Additional services and extensions to my work include public speaking and event talks around experience and learnings in property as well key personal development skills for business owners and investors. Outside of 'work' you can find me climbing hills, conquering peaks and mountains, fund-raising for local charities and generally enjoying life in the great and very beautiful outdoors.
