Helgi is currently a legal innovation consultant and executive coach who helps lawyers and their organizations modernize their practices to create more effective client relationships and improve career satisfaction (including well-being support by using resilience skills). In her legal technology and innovation consulting work, Helgi has acted as a consultant for a leading Chambers Band 1 legal technology solutions provider on technology-driven process optimization solutions for corporate and financial services. Helgi advised on data-based legal and financial insights for corporations and law firms driven by legal technology, data analytics and process improvement strategies -Legal career: Helgi is a former partner of a major Canadian corporate law firm who transitioned from traditional corporate legal practice in 2017 into legal innovation and knowledge integration.
