Project managing software implementation projects in the Logistics and Regional Purchasing area of the business for 12 Regional distribution centres in UK and IRL. Projects involved:
-Cloud migration of key applications from physically hosted locations to third-party managed cloud services.
- Implementation and adoption of JIRA across the whole IT department, along with best practices and defined workflows that aligned to the internal processes.
-Health and Safety application implementation project (5year project) through UK /IRL - Involved in the planning, tender process and sign off of the project.
- Change control and management of a portfolio of applications (bespoke and 3rd party SaaS applications) used in the business.
- Regular reporting to key stakeholders, updating RAID logs, PSR's and budget control.

IT Analyst / Project Manager

Project managed and delivered software implementation projects and change requests throughout the software development cycle in the Supply Chain Industry.

- Responsible for the successful completion and implementation of over 100 small scale, and 10 large projects on a SaaS product. 
- Gathering requirements from senior management and operational staff on client sites and influencing their decision making. 
- Converting complex business requirements into functional requirements that are easily understood by the technical team. 
- Liaising with the Accounts, Business Analysis, Development and Testing Teams to ensure customer requirements were accurately specified, developed and delivered.
- Supporting the senior project manager by taking charge of project documentation and weekly reporting. 
- Managing and logging all change requests and ensuring that the requirements specification is accurate, analysed for risk and implemented within reasonable and agreed timeframes.
- Leading fortnightly sprint plan meetings for a development team of 5 developers, and 4 testers.
- Main point of contact responsible for managing and swiftly resolving escalated customer complaints. 
- Improved internal communications by introducing frameworks and procedures that were applied throughout all departments.
- Developed and implemented a Business Resilience Plan, which enabled the business to quickly respond to disasters. The plan, also gave visibility of the company risk portfolio, enabling us to make strategic decisions whilst allowing the business to adapt.

As a support analyst my main responsibilities involved supporting our clients to the agreed SLAs, working closely with the development and testing teams to resolve system defects and product delivery. The role involved extensive use of TSQL on Microsoft SQL server databases, developing Crystal reports and data migration.

My key responsibility was to ensure the provision of efficient and effective administrative support through delivering critical information for healthcare professionals and patients. A high level of confidentiality and adherence to strict governance was required in processing information as part of the role.

Temporary Medical Secretary

A voluntary role to implement E-Champions initiative within the school of technology, which was a project to blend our learning with other technologies or forms of media available. 
The idea was for students to be supporting students, this involved working closely with lecturers and students and an analysis of the students' requirements, enabling us to deliver appropriate solutions.
