Developed and delivered a HR strategy that supported the transformation of Starbucks 1000 person Global Technology organization from large platform, in-house systems to an agile development and cloud-based experience.  Built ongoing development plan for the Digital Experience team as it globally expanded Starbucks mobile order and pay platform.  Provided leadership and professional growth opportunities to 5-person HR team.

Team wins included diagnosing critical areas of strengths and risks for the team and creating a scorecard and metrics aligned with long-term team goals.

Lead 13-member virtual HR team supporting 2200 employees to create two-way feedback loop translating corporate initiatives into tangible actions for field employees and influencing corporate strategies to address field needs.

Managed field HR team for industrial gas distribution business with annual revenue of $950mm.  Lead team of six HRMs in the U.S. and Canada that functioned as strategic business partners and provided high quality HR services in support of the strategic and tactical business plans. 

Major accomplishments include: three divisional reorganizations, establishment of supervisor friendly HR database; development of consistent HR policies and practices across 17 divisions, safety case management training for safety and line managers, cohesive recruiting and succession planning strategy.
