Infans Ltd trading as Baby Central is a leading organisation in the baby and toddler sector. With exclusive distribution rights to Dr. Brown's bottles, WonderFold wagons and dreamgenii, my role is to manage the marketing activities (social media, influencer outreach, trade and consumer relationships and partnerships at events) across our e-commerce websites, alongside working closely with the sales director to support our retailers.

My accountabilities in this role include:

Managing marketing outputs and projects that align with highly strategic growth plans.

Specialising in concept development and content marketing, I work closely with our marketing team to ensure that both colleagues and clients receive expert marketing support to maximise business growth.

Responsible for TMC Brand and Marketing activities, I also work closely with the studio and accounts team to ensure that all communications are aligned, reinforcing our tone of voice, branding guidelines and values.

Senior Marketing Manager

My duties as Marketing Manager include amplifying the visibility of the agency through a range of digital and traditional marketing activities. This includes, but is not limited to social media, insight content, case studies, award entries and hosting round table sessions.

A key task of this role was to relaunch the TMC website. Evaluating the user journey, optimising/developing content and creating a new look and feel to the TMC brand, I worked closely with the design and digital team to develop and deliver this new online platform for our staff, clients and prospects.

Keeping up to date of emerging platforms and constantly updating my marketing knowledge to provide best-practise training to both internally and externally. Part of my role is the development, delivery and strategic input to Workshop, Training and Internal Communication Services.

Smoking Gun PR

As a PR Agency specialising in Crisis PR, our clients required a quick-thinking, audience focussed and logical approach to dealing with press and media communications. To support this, my role included managing the online community for our clients through social media and content marketing for a range of FMCG and B2C brands.

Managing the marketing activities of the content marketing, email and SEO teams to drive organic growth across Specialist Beauty websites. Through on-site communications strategy, Social Media communities, link-building and blogger outreach,  we worked closely with PPC, trading and buying teams to maximise search relevance, traffic and revenue.

Alongside the internal communications, we were also responsible for liaising with external suppliers to ensure that new product launches were maximised to their potential.  This included on-site launches, social media activations and events both internally with teams and externally with influencers.

As a data-driven organisation, each marketing decision was made to maximise ROI and further strengthen the overall group strategy for international growth.

Liaising with suppliers for events and managing influencer attendance /guest lists for gala evenings.  

Notably: Securing a prime slot on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch for the Chinese State Circus.

Learning SEO to increasing reach of the websites whilst also optimising digital content for the blog and marketing activities.
