My experience as a German Language Expert started with Crest Premedia Solutions in June 2013. I joined as a Sr. Production Editor and was promoted to a Team Leader position in March 2016. 
Crest was acquired by Springer Nature and the German Language Team was taken over by Integra Software Services Pvt. Ltd in January 2017. 
I joined as a Sr. Team Leader position at Integra. 

My main responsibilities:

	Led a team of 12 Production Editors. Team management, task assignment, query resolution, performance evaluation and feedback, succession planning
	MIS: Provided inputs and reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to help understand trends, anomalies and to take corrective action, if needed
	Active client interaction with the customer contacts in Heidelberg and Wiesbaden via E-Mail, weekly calls and client location visit
	Location Lead for Pune: This included day-to-day administration, liaison with the Head office in Pondicherry, drive the initiatives for the Pune location, organise trainings on need basis and budget management
	Ensured Quality and TAT of projects. This was done through quality circles, thorough quality checks, process improvements and regular communication of the status to all stakeholders
	Capacity management: To ensure that the work was evenly distributed and to flag off any shortfall of capacities to the manager

Crest Premedia Solutions Pvt Ltd, is a Springer Nature Company, which provides an insight in the publishing domain to help the clients acquire, produce and deliver content across media and markets through innovative technology, research, premedia and business process management solutions.

I started as a Sr. Production Editor and was promoted to Team Leader for the German Production Editor Team.

This role reported to the AVP – HR, C&B. This was an Individual contributor role and it involved the management of C&B functions for the domestic and overseas locations.

	Managed salary increment cycles for domestic and international locations for a headcount of approximately 40,000 employees
	Participated in salary surveys for benchmarking purposes
	Active employee communication and upkeep of the policies as per the latest developments

Manager Compensation and Benefits

HDFC Life Insurance

This was an experience in the private life insurance industry. The position reported to the AVP – HR and this was a people management role. 

	Managed the salary increment cycle for the sales and non-sales functions
	Query resolution through the salary helpdesk
	Participated in salary surveys, 
	Regular employee communication through E-Mail, telephone and location visits

Infosys BPO Limited (Bangalore)

My tenure in Infosys BPO began in the staffing team and it was then called Progeon. This was the BPO wing of Infosys Technologies. I later moved to the C&B team through an IJP. As a part of the C&B team, there was a new initiative to set up overseas location in Philippines and I played an active role in it.

	Recruited professionals in the Non-IT from junior to senior levels
	Communicated actively with HR counterparts of the upcoming international locations
	Participated in cost of living studies to set up the salary structure for the overseas locations
	Prepared policy documentation for the overseas locations to provide guidelines which helped build the Infosys brand

Sr. Executive - Compensation and Benefits

Accenture (Bangalore) and IBM (Pune) (On Contract)

In both organizations, I was part of the Staffing team on a fixed term contract basis. Later was taken on the rolls of Accenture. At the time, Accenture was setting up its development centres in India and this role contributed to hiring of IT professionals across the country.

	Recruited for IT positions from the junior to senior levels
	Travelled across the country to manage the on-location hiring
