Absolutely thrilled to share my extraordinary professional odyssey spanning over two decades, marked by a relentless pursuit of growth and learning. Embarking on this journey, I ventured into the dynamic landscape of the Indian Testprep Education Industry in its nascent stage back in 2000. From the outset as a Sales and Marketing Executive, my trajectory unfolded into a remarkable 14-year tenure at Endeavor Careers, culminating in my role as Chief Marketing Officer. This transformative period saw me evolve in multifaceted dimensions, contributing significantly to Sales, Marketing, Branding, Budgeting, P&L Management, Training, Policy and SOPs framing, Leadership Development and Team Management. However, after savoring the sweet success of my first love, I took a bold leap, bidding farewell to my comfort zone. The IT Industry disruptor, Uplers, extended a warm welcome, appointing me as Vice President - Learning & Development. This shift was a testament to my resilience as I engaged in the dynamic IT landscape, offering key insights into Training Life Cycle, Return on Training, Business Impact Measurement, Digital Learning and Gamification. The journey continued to unfold at Ecosmob Technologies, where I assumed the role of Vice President - Business Growth. Here, I spearheaded impactful Strategic Projects in Sales, Project Management Office and HR. Leveraging my core experience in Learning & Development, I took on an additional portfolio a year later. Throughout my career, my professional ethos has been anchored in ownership, truthfulness, decisive decision-making and transparent communication - attributes that have consistently defined my path. Equal love for people and processes has been the driving force behind my successes.
