I have worked across multiple industries and in varying roles- my skill set covers but is not limited to RBAC, Helpdesk, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Powershell, Microsoft exchange and server, Access Management, Remote Support,Mcafee DLP,Forescout ,Cisco Jabber,Global protect as-well as Symantec Anyconnect and User lifecycle management. My Highest Tertiary qualification is currently a post graduate degree in Information Technology from the Tshwane University of Technology followed by a National Diploma in Information Technology (Information Systems and Tech Management) from the University of Johannesburg. In addition I also have a certificate in Business Risk Management from the University of Capetown, Microsoft's AZ- 900, SC-900 & (ISC)2' CC certifications. I intend on pursuing ISACA's CISA, CRISC, (ISC)2 CISSP certifications as well as additional Azure and AWS certifications to bolster my expertise as generally enjoy honing my skills and learning more about Tech innovation.
