As part of the Tech Strategy & Transformation team, I’ve undertaken multiple digital transformation projects encompassing IT strategy, architecture rationalization and software selection. Among my responsibilities, I managed sales opportunities, crafted proposals and business cases, conducted workshops, documented user requirements and identified opportunities for process improvement, increasing productivity and OPEX savings for our clients.

Quebec Innovation Hub in Retail

Reporting to the managing director, I’ve spearheaded the development of an innovation hub within the retail sector, by allocating 1.5M$ in funding, creating revenue models, establishing partnerships with over 30 solution providers and nurturing a team of 20+ analysts. Additionally, I’ve unified retailers’ businesses across various channels (i.e physical stores, ecommerce, social media) by selecting appropriate third-party vendors (i.e CRM, POS, e-commerce, IoT) and proposing a comprehensive digital strategy, thereby streamlining retailers’ operations and improving their client experience.

GreenUXlab - University of Quebec at Montreal

Working closely with the Vice-Dean of Research, I oversaw the operations of a living lab specializing in the interaction between technologies (smart screens, RFID, facial recognition) and consumers. I led trade missions to identify emerging trends in retail, organized studies focused on consumer behavior, and wrote research reports consolidating our recommendations to justify technology investments for our customers.
