Red Arc is a software company from Sydney that develops automated fundraising systems for NonProfits, charities and NGOs. We connect existing systems. Automate processes. And Extend possibilities with our fundraising tools.
Ultimately, we build systems that help charities and nonprofits fundraise more effectively. Or put more simply – ‘we build systems for good’

Currently working as an Integrator - to outwork the company vision and build the processes required to execute said vision. 

Since the opportunity of creating an ecosystem of individually awesome cloud apps made integration a key consideration we have been creating innovative integration tools for NonProfits. 
We have helped organisations like UNICEF Australia, Foodbank NSW and The Salvation Army add significant efficiency by streamlining their connectivity, automating processes and working with them towards their digital transformation goals.
As a Blackbaud ISV Partners, we are proud members of the Blackbaud Pacific partner ecosystem, and our close working relationship with the Blackbaud team has led us to work on many collaborative projects including integrations between everydayhero/BBGM and RE NXT.

I work with the creative service and web teams to serve clients in integrated fundraising, specialising in the digital/online aspects of their fundraising strategy, developing integrated strategies, leading their implementation and finally evaluating strategy via analytics and reporting.

My role encompasses a range of responsibilities including:

•	Continuous research as part of the team to inform global team & clients in online developments
•	Understand, deliver and apply best practice strategy online in collaboration with global team
•	Drive a testing culture
•	Continuous improvement on reporting of performance 
•	Direct creative to ensure best practices are observed 
•	Evaluate effective email and website design.
•	Develop conversion strategies to optimise the performance of key landing pages 
•	Coach clients on best practices for online channels.

•	Presenting web strategy and reporting to client in effective manner

•	Project manage campaigns and ensure the clients brand has been represented accordingly

I also have taken internal processes and developed productivity systems for the team locally in Sydney and for the team in Dallas USA, though Sharepoint and Asana building culture around GTD in the work place.

Before this role I was an Account Executive, managing day to day, various clients fundraising strategy by developing and facilitating on going strategic communications in Direct Mail, Web, Social Media and email.

Pro-actively supported the role of Marketing Manager. 
Assisted in the marketing of the college globally.

•	Provided oversight flow of day to day administration and correspondence, budget, couriers, marketing approval forms, keeping track of deadlines on further advertising, proposal for TV marketing, etc
•	Participated in and complete training in job related tasks and marketing strategies of HILC.
•	Provided oversight & preparation of promotion and art-work, and coordinating art-work development and printing as directed by the Marketing Manager.
•	Represented Hillsong College in a marketing capacity during conferences – internal and external 
•	Liaised with Graphics Company/ies for artwork required for events such as AOG QLD, VIC and NSW conferences, EXO day, Parachute, various directories, publishing’s and conferences world wide.
•	Provide oversight of web site amendments and updates, using cms system, overseeing programmer for back end changes

•	Liaised with various marketing sales people for marketing opportunities.
•	Participated as team leader in Church conferences
•	Operated according to relevant legislation, organisational policy & procedures, AQTF standards and CRICOS requirements. 
•	Was aware of how the relevant legislation and government requirements affect the performance of their role and operate at all times within those guidelines.
•	Responsible to identify possible risks and opportunities for improvement to the RTO and report them to the principal for rectification.
