This required adjusting the entire reporting structure for Europe, which included alignment across 15 countries - Implemented dynamic reporting in cooperation with a global investment bank to drive cost out of $9b cost base - Re-negotiated pricing with customers worldwide, increasing our pricing by 20 - 45% (product dependent), with no loss of customers - Kick-off and lead research and regulatory work to introduce Lemon Myrtle on the US GRAS list (FDA approval)
