In 2018 I was hired to transform Sodexo, to make it grow faster, to improve its margins & to innovate. Four years ago, our European CEO entrusted me with a critical mission: to deepen our understanding of our clients. What could be more important than truly grasping their needs, challenges, and aspirations? This client-centric focus became the foundation of my work as European Head of Strategy, where I not only acted as the right hand to the CEO but also led transformative initiatives that doubled our margins and drove unprecedented growth, even through three major crises. Yet, beyond the professional, my most important responsibility is being a father to my two young children. This role has reshaped my priorities and strengthened my belief in a flexible, inclusive, and distributed approach to work. I no longer subscribe to the traditional office grind; instead, I advocate for a work model that respects both personal life and productivity. I lead these initiatives for the world’s 19th largest company, with 435,000 employees globally. In my role as Head of Future of Work, I’m supported by a team of six AI colleagues, allowing us to operate with unmatched creativity and efficiency to deliver human-centric solutions across the Nordics and Continental Europe. Recognized as a global thought leader, I am featured on platforms such as Forbes, National Geographic, the World Economic Forum, The Guardian, and the BBC. I frequently share insights as a podcast guest, discussing the future of work and the importance of purpose-driven, flexible work environments. My leadership mission is clear: to help organizations embrace change with resilience and intention, empowering them to adapt and thrive in an evolving world—while ensuring that work supports the lives we want to lead.
