As the founder and Head of Operations of the Foundation, I am responsible for the day-to-day governance and oversight of the organisation, providing regular updates to the Board.

I oversee how the organisation organises, mobilises, and executes the strategic plan to transform and grow with agility to achieve its goals and thrive.

I also ensure the sustainable provision of the necessary resources (human and financial), required for the organisation to operate efficiently.  My involvement in all key operational areas is to accelerate organisational performance in;

-The Enterprise Lab
-The TC in School (In-house CPD and school improvement support services)
-The Leadership and Learning networks
-Science Teachers network
-The Community Support Programmes
- Research to Enterprise

My major role is framed around resource gathering, allocation, project and programme design, and providing support for the leadership and management teams of various departments.

As an associate, I provide advice and support in the development of training to clients on project deliverables when needed.Of particular interest, I respond to client’s questions and concerns in matters related to Educational Leadership and Change, and the establishment of Professional Learning Communities. I support the RITE team in providing business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.

As a co-founder, I play the role of a  Director, -where I am responsible for the development and execution of the strategy and management of the publishing programmes at TINA (Educational resources, books, academic journals etc) and other publications that provide value for members in other Teach Connect Communities

My role involved designing, preparing and developing  Qualitative Research Module for Doctorate Researchers. 
This also involved delivering lectures,  seminars and tutorials to postgraduates students undertaking  a Doctorate Degree.

Adjunct Professor

University of Nottingham

As an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham, I teach and supervise students on the  Masters in Educational Leadership and Management  programme.

-Responsible for the development of  module materials and delivery of other related leadership modules and programmes.

NES Academic Complex

As the CEO of the Complex, much of my leadership and managerial role are centred on providing the vision and directing the complex towards academic and financial success and sustainability. 

It is in my duty to ensure that the provision and maintenance of the compex's human, social, technical and financial resources are aligned with our strategic plan for success. In addition to being the mediator, liaising between the school Management Board and the staff, my roles involved;

- designing the yearly budget and financial plan for the school
- designing a strategic plan for school operations, 
- provision of an improvement and developmental plan 
- creating that conditions for a culture that encourages learning

Also, together with the administrative team (Principals, Vice, Deans and HoDs), I oversee the development of a yearly, termly, monthly and week plan themes. This involved;

- setting objective, goals and directives 
- allocating and delegating resources for maximum efficacy
- developing the extra curricular activities for teachers and students 

 In addition, I act as a coach, providing support and guidance to staff towards individualised development to ensure optimal organisational performance.

Assist the International Tutor at the Centre For Education Studies organise events for CES students (undergraduate, graduates and post graduates). The events we organise include;

- conferences
- seminars and work shops
- dinners
- professional talks

As the SCEC co-ordinator, I design and promote the publicity of all our events through our social media networks.

Hi! 

As a practitioner,  I possess a unique blend of educational and enterprise knowledge and expertise for leadership, change, and innovation. I am interested in a range of issues of relevance to educational leadership and management, particularly around school effectiveness, leadership and management practices, practitioners’ work, and institutional development and innovation. 

My experience as an academic, teacher, school leader, and consultant has cemented my interest in projects that involve programme design and impact evaluation, professional learning, performance management, and innovations using digital technologies and system-thinking approaches. 

In my current academic role, at the University of Southampton, I teach modules in Educational Leadership and Management, Adult Learning, Innovation in Education, Researching Learning, and Digital Practices in Education and Learning. 

As a researcher, I am particularly interested in a range of issues of relevance to programme design, delivery, evaluation, change and innovation, and practitioner/institutional development with a focus on collaborative learning, and leadership.
