Senior Associate

I am a five year qualified lawyer from the UK, and a content creator as well. I strive to promote the importance of mental health in the workplace and challenges toxic corporate behaviors. On social media, I create relatable and impactful content that positively touches the lives of all those who have been affected by negative corporate workplace behaviors. I am also a co-founder of a company that helps law firms and organizations utilize the benefits of short-form videos, alongside being a co-founder of a creator community (The Creator Space) created by creators for creators. With my personal experience in the legal profession and a passion for mental health awareness, my aim is to foster a community of people that can openly talk about their experiences and support each other.

🙅🏼‍♂️Im not a gaming content creator

👾But I’ve always love playing games. Especially as we get towards the end of the year when work starts to slow down and there’s more time to just be at home unwinding.

💪🏼So being invited to the Call of Duty Black Ops 7 Launch Event was really cool. COD has always been my go-to game over the Christmas break (I always binge through the campaign before playing online/zombies).

💙Going to this event was a healthy reminder that even though we all have our day-to-day work and the things we’re “known” for (for me thats corporate/work/well being related content) we don’t always have to stay locked into one niche.

🙏🏼We are allowed, and it is important, to explore, enjoy and show up in areas outside of whatever our main thing is.

🚨Burnout doesn’t always show up with alarms blaring.


😩For many of us, it creeps in quietly. That can be working longer hours, fewer breaks and feeling aways on until this feeling becomes our normal. 

😔The joy, creativity, and motivation we once had can then feel completely drained from us. And in today’s workplace, this silent build up is becoming more and more prominent.

💪🏼I recently attended the YuLife x Bupa  Burnout Rebellion event which focused on just how close many work places are at a burnout breaking point.  It was a very real conversation about what’s happening and what needs to change.

💙We looked at YuLife × Bupa’s new research on mental health, shining a light on why so many of us are struggling and what organisational wellbeing needs to look like going forward. But for me, the message was pretty clear in that burnout isn’t just a personal issue. 

🙏🏼It’s a workplace issue. And if organisations want its people to do good work, they need to create environments that support them, not drain them.
