📊 Re-built from scratch the core aspect of the app by offering a BI-style reporting module and enable a faster path-to-insights.
💌 Built an export by mail functionality to enhance collaboration and reporting across customer organizations.

Before, I was in charge of the setup module, the major step of the customer's journey. The user configures powerful queries to search and collect specific social network & mainstream data:

🚴🏻‍♂️Created a simplified version of the setup suited for some use cases and personas
🚄Pushed the advanced setup from beta to gold


👉🏻What I did:

• Conduct research - Data analysis, internal and external interviews, benchmark
• Collaborate with the lead designer UX/UI to consolidate user journeys, story maps and customer journeys before she could start wireframes and mockups
• Collaborate with eng. team to evaluate the complexity of the project and forecast obstacles
• Coordinate all teams, prioritize and define every aspect of the project 
• Ensure with eng. team and design a delivery plan according to the goals priority
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Support and Customer Care teams to prepare the optimal release communication and time. Document every aspect of the product that can support those teams once delivery is done
• Measure the pulse to iterate according to feedbacks and potential rising issues


📖I also wrote a Product Management playbook to synthesize our methodology and ensure a smoother onboarding for newcomers.

🎙Finally, the product and sales team organized conferences and webinars to present our work and enable our clients to meet and share their experience in social media listening.
