I have 30 years combined experience in finance, corporate governance, business development and strategy. I recently co-founded Verum Consulting Indonesia, a boutique management consulting firm. I am also serving as an independent commissioner and committee member in various companies. I have been serving as an independent commissioner since 2016 and committee member since 2013 in information & communication technology, financial services, mining, manufacturing, shipping & logistics, and aviation & tourism sectors, owned and controlled by multinational corporations, private equities, venture capitals, local conglomerates and the Government of Indonesia. I was an independent commissioner at PT Hewlett Packard Finance Indonesia from 2016 to 2022. I also served as a Managing Director at AWR Lloyd, a boutique strategy consulting and M&A advisory firm, until 2020. Prior to that, I spent 14 years as Finance Director and CFO of Rio Tinto Indonesia, a country office established to represent and manage mining assets of Rio Tinto in Indonesia. Before Rio Tinto, I was an auditor at PwC, a Big Four firm, in Indonesia and Netherlands from 1995 to 2005. I have been a volunteer to various professional associations since 2008. In non-profit sector, I have been a Board member at Plan International Indonesia and Habitat for Humanity Indonesia. Since 2021, I also serve as a member of Komite National Kebijakan Governansi (KNKG), a national committee formed by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs to improve the Governance Code and its implementation for both private and public sectors. I hold a bachelor’s degree in economics from Tarumanagara University and a master’s degree in business administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University. I have also completed professional certification programs in accounting, auditing, treasury, project management and risk management.
