As Director of ETF listings at Cboe Global Markets, Hetal is responsible for driving ETF listings growth across EMEA and managing relationships with sponsors, market makers, index providers, custodians and other service providers. Hetal joined Cboe in July 2024, after spending 12 years at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Most recently, she was responsible for driving the London Stock Exchange (LSE) ETP business development and managing the LSE ETP trading service product. Hetal joined LSEG in 2012 as a Research Analyst in FTSE Russell, where she was heavily involved in valuation calculation and analysis as well as new product development and the production of regular reports. In 2015, Hetal then joined and subsequently went on to manage the Primary Markets Research & Analytics team across London and Colombo. She led analysis of the IPO market, fixed income and funds with specific emphasis on equity performance, valuations and interaction with other financial markets, as well as various research projects, especially in relation to investment fund flows. Prior to joining LSEG, she worked as an ETF Sales Strategist at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank within the Lyxor ETF Business Development and Strategy team. This involved participation in product development, from ETF launch to listing, and supporting sales and marketing teams across Europe. Previous roles also include Data Analyst at Deutsche Börse Group. Hetal graduated in 2010 from Bayes Business School with BSc (Hons) Banking and International Finance and holds the Investment Management Certificate, authorised by CFA UK. Hetal is a senior volunteer at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Temple in Neasden, London.
