Hey! I'm Taylor! 🤸‍♀️ I cheer people on to make their big dreams happen and spend more time doing what they love. I've spent years building and leading founder communities online...always with a bit of sparkle and magic. ✨ I love connecting, whether it's talking to strangers in the grocery store, introducing two community members around a specific why, or hosting a sweet gathering. 💐 A bit more about me... 🎤 I’ve designed and hosted 500+ events, spoken on 50+ stages (virtual and in-person), and been featured on 40+ podcasts. I've also hosted 3 podcasts! ⭐️ My career began by working alongside best-selling author and marketing leader, Seth Godin. I designed and facilitated magical online workshops/digital conferences and built powerful community-based marketing initiatives for Seth's brand and altMBA/Akimbo (a network of 25k+ entrepreneurs and leaders at Fortune 500 companies). 🪩 Then, I joined Groove, a venture-backed start-up and digital coworking app, as the first full-time hire, building community from the beta pre-seed stage, to seed stage, to launching into a paid membership community of 500+ members with a mission to help entrepreneurs and creatives thrive together. 🦄 Today, I'm the Head of Community @ Dreamers & Doers, a highly curated network that amplifies extraordinary women entrepreneurs and leaders. Think of it as a VIP lounge for heart-centered women building businesses they care deeply about…with glitter walls and confetti raining down. I also run my own business and am available for community consulting, workshop/event design, and facilitation. I'm a proud Strategic Advisory Board Member for NYU Stern's Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing. ✍️ I write consistently here on LinkedIn. I love the ripple effect of sharing ideas. 👥 "Sonder" has been my favorite word since 2014—it’s the realization that every random passerby has a life as vivid and complex as your own. My love for this concept is woven into how I show up in the world every day. 🌈 And, surprise-and-delight might as well be my middle name (long, I know 😜).
