Key tasks:
- Creating content and writing social media posts in both Vietnamese and English.

- Be familiarized with Beats by Dr. Dre's vision, mission, and brand philosophy.
- Learn about the terms and concepts in branding and marketing.
- Research and identify macro consumer trends among GenZ
- Conduct interviews as the main method of data collection.
- Conduct a brand and communication sentiment analysis.
- Analyse Beats's brand positioning and compared it to competitors.
- Create and deliver a presentation showcasing insights on how Beats can connect meaningfully with GenZ.
-Conceptualize and develop ideas for marketing campaigns tailored to Gen Z's consumers.
- Explore how advertising videos communicate messages to Gen Z, analyzing whether they effectively deliver the right message and if Gen Z truly grasps what the ads aim to convey.

Beats by Dre Remote Extern

Vietnamese Student Association in Finland (VSAF)

Main events:
- CV & Career Clinic, an annual career coaching program since 2021 which is co-organized by VSAF and VPF - Vietnamese Professionals in Finland. 
- The annual student gathering event 
- Other media publications and content to support Vietnamese students in Finland as well as preserve and promote Vietnamese culture to the international commuinty in Finland. 
 
Key tasks:
1. Communications Strategy
- Planning the communication strategy for the organization, and overall coordinating for the organization's communications activities.
- Maintaining comprehensive communication strategies, reporting back to the President, and deploying other departments' engagement strategies most effectively.
- Ensuring each communication strategy plan and its message is coherent and consistent across the organization's communication activities including social media, publications, media, and PR.
- Communicating, providing, and coordinating with Heads of other departments to convey communication plans and related information.
- Managing the organization's calendar of communications and making decisions about when to send messages and the use of communication channels.

2. Publications
- Taking the ultimate responsibility for planning the production of publications and media content of each communication strategy while ensuring the consistency of each message while maintaining the individuality of each publication according to the target audience.

3. Social media management and strategy
- Overall monitoring of the organization's appearance on social media platforms and ensuring the organization's image on social media activities.

4. Media and PR
- Developing PR strategies and working primarily with third parties (sponsors, partners, etc.) to implement relevant communication activities. Relevant documents include contracts, communication commitments, etc.
- Monitoring the organization’s communication activities, preparing risk prevention plans, and handling communication crises

Head of Communications

- Finalizing the promotion plan for the events/ or programs. 
- Arranging tasks for team members and managing deadlines of tasks.
- Checking and approving the content of posts on social networking platforms. 
- Comprehensively monitoring the time frame of each communication strategy.
- Managing and organizing Google Drive according to the requirements set out by the organization.
- Reporting back to the group's activities to the head of the department.
- Conceptualizing and constructing content for media publications. 
- Managing VSAF’s social media accounts
- Ensuring consistency and clarity between your own posts’ content and the message of the events.
- Participating in the development of communication plans.

Content Writer & Content Team Lead

LUMIRE

Key tasks:
- Creating content on Facebook for affiliate marketing on e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Esty. 
- Implementing A/B testing on the Facebook page.
- Managing Facebook page and building community from 6K members to 13K members within 6 months in Facebook group for the topic of log cabin, camping, and woodworking. 
- Analyzing data from Amazon reports. 
- Making media publications and marketing plans to assist the sales team in increasing sales and revenue.
