Bramerz

Bramerz is an advertising agency that focuses on social media advertising. I continued to work as the main creative lead for PTCL. My job responsibilities for this brand increased to include production-related work such as:

- Presenting concept documents
- Creating moodboards and storyboards
- Writing scripts
- Working in collaboration with production teams to create high-quality video content

Along with that, a major project allocated to me was creating PTCL's brand book.

Along with PTCL, I also worked with other brands such as Samsung, So Kamal, Nestle Corporate, and Ittehad Textiles. 

During my time as a Senior Creative Associate, I also worked on 6 pitches: Hatch, Rose Petal Professional, Velo Music, Ufone, So Kamal (won) and Ittehad Textiles (won).

Bramerz is an advertising agency that focuses on social media advertising. My main client was PTCL, which was Bramerz's biggest client at the time. My job responsibilites includes:

- Generating creative ideas for PTCL's social media posts (static and animated)
- Wrote copy for their marketing and communication materials such as press releases, website content, and social media posts
- Strategizing for their various marketing campaigns such as P for Pakistan P for PTCL, Sab Ka Aitebaar, and various PSL campaigns such as Parrot Pir
- Overseeing a team of designers and animators to ensure quality control
- Worked in collaboration with strategy department to research new ideas and optimize existing content

Creative Associate

Lakeland

Lakeland is a multi-channel retailer in UK that sells high-end cooking, baking, laundry, and cleaning products. I conducted a research project for them which focused exclusively on the customers of their cooking products.

I conducted an ethnographic research using qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (questionnaires and web analytics) research methods. Through the project, I uncovered what products home cooks buy from Lakeland, what cooking products they buy from competitors, and the motivation behind these purchases. The project required one month of field work involving 72 interviews, 300 questionnaires, store observations, and web analytics. The project required the use of software such as Google Analytics, ComScore, and Tobii Eye-Tracking Software. 

The data uncovered was then prepared in a report format and an extensive PowerPoint presentation was created and presented to the Marketing Head.

Online and Offline Market Researcher

Photographire

Photographire is photography company that focuses on wedding, event, and product photography. I started off as a Marketing Intern and was later promoted to Digital Marketing Associate. 

My role largely consisted of developing and executing strategies for the social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram. 

My role also included conducting market research on existing photography services in Lahore and Islamabad and discovering untapped niches, coordinating with vendors and other businesses, connecting and managing clients and assisting in converting interested parties into clients, working in close liaison with other departments (content writing, photographers, and design team), as well as conducting interviews and hiring new employees. 

I worked on projects such as the Bridal Lookbook, which was an online magazine that depicted several types of brides and served to offer inspiration to newly engaged brides. I also worked on Photo Booths during Ramadan and the HER conference in 2017.

The Film and Fashion Journal

The Film and Fashion Journal is an online magazine which posts about upcoming movies, fashion trends, and celebrity news. Initially, I was the sole person in charge of writing reviews for recently released movies and was tasked with writing five reviews a week. After that, my job description was updated to include five pieces on celebrity news or industry happenings every week. Finally, my job description was updated to include events: I was required to attend 4-5 events a month. These events were either movie promotions, openings of new stores, and interviews with influential people within the showbiz community.

Hashtag Tribe

Hashtag Tribe is a digital marketing agency which helps companies with social media management, online advertising, SEO services, and website development. For the first few weeks of my internship, I shadowed several team members in their day-today work and learned how they operated client's websites and social media pages, how to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and how to coordinate with the design team. For the last few months, I was given the task of handling the social media pages of a new client. My role was to develop a media plan for each month, come up with post designs, coordinate with the design team on creating these posts, and stay in contact with the client to ensure everything was done according to his wishes.

Digital Marketing Intern

Labels

Labels is a multi-designer fashion label based in Vogue Mall, Lahore. During the internship period, several interns were hired and split into several teams. Each team was given the task of developing a digital marketing campaign for the brand. This included a video ad, a new cover photo, a new profile picture, and a strategy for the digital marketing campaign. The team with the best strategy would win the competition, get a cash prize, and their campaign would run.

Our team developed a campaign called #ChooseYourLabel; a campaign which focused on social media and a mobile application. Our campaign was chosen as the best one and used by the company.
