Hi - I'm Corey. I help health entrepreneurs attract leads. I grew up in Minnesota, but now call Texas my home. I used to be an occupational therapist, but in 2021, I burned out. I felt like a cog in a wheel and got sick and tired of building someone else's dream. I had no autonomy over my career and was unfilled by my work. So, I quit my job as an OT and started my own business. I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to help people in the health industry. Now, I spend my time in 3 places - Building websites for health brands. - Hosting a podcast show for health entrepreneurs. - Growing a community of health and fitness entrepreneurship in Austin Texas. A "typical" day in my life: 6-7am... roll out of bed and write 7-11am... coffee & deep work. 11am-1pm... exercise & eat. 1-5pm... shallow work. 5-9pm... play. 9-10pm... plan, read and unwind.
