The product Onboarding team is a critical part of Insider's future success. Product Onboarding Specialists & Managers will be working closely with CSM during the product setup, guiding partners through their first setup. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers during onboarding with the highest level of quality in product knowledge, product training, and project management skills while consistently managing, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Managed the customer's Onboarding process as a whole for all products under the "Data" category.
- Ensured customers are enabled with distinct Insider Product usage to maximize time-to-value in the onboarding process.
- Ensured clear communication and task management among internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducted Training and workshops to ensure effective self-usage of the partners.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting project plans for crypto, exchange, and wallet projects, encompassing solution and project processes to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Overseeing end-to-end customer project rollouts, from post-POC (Proof of Concept) to Go Live, effectively managing the transition from solution process to project management process.
- Analyzing scope documents, creating comprehensive project plans aligned with customer expectations, determining realistic delivery timelines, and regularly updating plans to accommodate changes.
- Delivering regular progress reports, both internally and externally, to keep stakeholders informed of project status and milestones.
- Collaborating closely with customers and relevant teams to continuously review and enhance software development processes, aiming to optimize product quality.
- Serving as a liaison between business and IT resources, cultivating strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication and seamless implementation.
- Developing and implementing policies to align internal and external operations and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Project Manager

- Reported directly to the general manager. I was a junior front-end developer that used the Angular framework to code the language translation aspect of the Fabmetrics system. I also added some new features to the system and fixed all bugs and errors.
- Worked on the backend of the Fabmetrics system and worked with AWS and APIs broadly along with using GITLAB for work sharing.
- Fixed bugs and added features to the Winfluenced mobile app also using the Angular framework.
