As a new professional coaching students in program development and management, I learned to be a great listener and how to ask the right questions in order to help students reach their goals. I have used this foundation to expand my skills in building inclusive environments, leading organizational change, advocacy, supervision & coaching, recruitment & retention, and leadership at all levels. This has allowed me to be a utility player who drives results and helps others meet their objectives for several organizations. As an education professional working at all levels at several selective institutions, I have worn dozens of hats.
