Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management: Build, evaluate, and monitor suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong communication and addressing any issues that arise.
Development: Coordinate sample development with the Development & Costing team, validating quality across development milestones.
Costing: Analyze product costs and negotiate prices based on CBD and the costing sheet, and prepare quotations for new products.
Industrialization: Prepare quality deployment for mass production processes in factories, support them in improving efficiency, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Management: Monitor quality control through inline/endline/AQL inspections, improving supplier processes through random audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Others:Serve as a quality auditor, Trainer & Validator of control plan Module

No quality claim since 2019.
Blocking rate: 11% => 1.8%(2021) ; Return/milions: 323 => 182 pcs(2021)
