Effectively managing a team of 3 and leading the team through all this HR related activities.
Actively took place in acquisition process by Sovos.
I led consolidation of all HR processes and prepared of HR related reports in order to contribute to due diligence.
Strategic HR planning in accordance with Sovos’ Global HR policies. Establishing new HR procedures in collaboration with in Europe Managing Director in London and Global HR Head in Boston.
Also responsible for integration of Sovos’ and Foriba’s HR systems.
