I am a passionate Salesforce Certified Professional with hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform and over 15 years of experience as a Healthcare Administrator. I completed the Salesforce Administrator Career Certificate from Texas A&M and gained hands-on experience through multiple projects in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with creating reports and dashboards, security analysis, case escalations, validations rules, and automations. I am actively engaged in the Salesforce community and participate in groups, including the Talent Stacker Career Development Program, to increase my Salesforce knowledge, keep up to date with new releases, best practices and professional connections. In my free time I study Apex programming to further my knowledge and understanding of Salesforce. Outside of my passion for Salesforce I’m usually found outside in my garden or baking something delicious for the family.
