As a Salesforce and Business Team Lead at Calix, I lead a high-performing team of Salesforce Admins as we solve problems to increase productivity and create the best experience stakeholders and customers. I'm passionate about mentoring and fostering a collaborative environment where my team can continuously learn and grow. I'm proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with creating reports and dashboards, security analysis, case escalations/management, user access, SOQL, validations rules, Salesforce integrations and automations. I enjoy being actively engaged in the Salesforce community and participate in groups, including the Talent Stacker Career Development Program, Cloud Code Academy and Salesforce Moms Community. I strive to increase my Salesforce knowledge, keep up to date with new releases, best practices and professional connections. Outside of my passion for Salesforce I’m usually found in the garden, baking and spending time with my husband and 2 kids.
