1. Lead Ahmedabad Vendor Association Team  - Sales and Marketing perspective.
2. Retail merchant tie-ups and acquisition for various categories via sales and business development team
3. Initiating BTL marketing activity for brand promotion 
4. Hiring and evaluating team performance
5. Team training and management
6. Coordinating with teams (operations, retail, last mile, marketing & central ops) for increasing city orders
7. Analyzing periscope and heat map data to create strategies 
8. Troubleshooting and solving payment solutions for merchants
9. Customer complaints handling and authorized personal for disbursement / refunds sanction. 
10. Co-branding and inter-exchange brand promotion

1. Sales Head ( UHT Milk Department )  - Managing Regional Sales Managers across 6 Tier I Cities ( Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad)
2. Sales and Marketing Strategy Building and Implementation 
3. Distributor & Super Distributor Network Building across PAN India 
4. Distributorship Negotiation and Finalization 
5. Sales Training for Regional Sales Managers & Sales Managers
6. Coordinating with Marketing Team for Support and Building Strategies with Marketing Team on the basis of Market Analysis.

I believe that If it excites you and scares you at the same time, it probably means you should do it! This has worked out so well for me throughout. My experience in building several startups has taught me what not to do! I have 8 failed startups. On the other hand, I  have curated 5 successful startups! And believe me, the former has helped me the most!  

I wallow in travelling and my work has been a blessing for it! You will always find me at a table that talks about businesses, emerging technologies, and my forte-Entrepreneurship.
