1. Patch Adventures: Cultural adventures for women. We take groups of adventurous women (primarily in their 50s and 60s) to unexpected places such as Iran, the Silk Road, India, and Morocco.

2. CaminoWomen: Walking adventures for women. We put together crews of fun, fit and adventurous women who walk for a passion. This brand is the little sister of Patch Adventures, offering treks in the Balkans, Nepal and Uzbekistan.

3. Magnificent Rail. Small group cultural adventures by rail. Join us in India, Vietnam Scotland and the Balkans to see corners of countries that must be experienced by rail.

4. Fencox Travel. Adventure travel for solo travelers. Your own room, all the time, every time. Being solo doesn’t have to mean being alone. 

5. Salemi Ceramics. Join us for week long ceramic courses in Salemi, a regional town in Western Sicily. Courses are held in the beautiful San Agostino Convent.

ROLE.

1. New Product GTM: Executed GTM on a range of different new AI and Document Processing products. 
2. New Team: Built an international marketing team from scratch.
3. Brand: Manage brand assets/evolution for Draftable.com and Affinda.com
4. Grow: Built Affinda.com and Draftable.com into inbound marketing powerhouses in their respective niches.

Peek is a high growth, VC funded startup ($50m+ raised) based out of San Francisco.

My role at Peek was to create a new marketing function/department for their Reservation Technology SaaS product, Peek Pro.

ROLE

1. Customer Communications & Lifecycle Marketing. Email comms, educational webinars, in-person events.
2. Sales Enablement. Create collateral, outbound email messaging.
3. New Channels. Experiment with new lead sources and double down on profitable channels.
4. New Team. Hire, train, retain and coach all new marketing team members. 
5. Online Marketing & Funnel Management. Responsible for all forms of online lead generation and marketing automation (PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Social, Hubspot, Salesforce) 


MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS

1. Channel Marketing Program. From zero, signed up 30 new channel partners. This eventually became the number one source of high value customers across the entire business.
2. Lifecycle Marketing. Revamped customer communication process and increased average open rate of customer retention emails from 12% to 23%.
3. Trade Show Program. Created a trade show program with an average ROI of 8.5x.
4. Online Marketing Lead Generation. Achieved a 312% increase in new leads from digital sources.
5. Sales Training Program. Built out Peek Pro's first ever comprehensive onboarding and sales training program for new hires.
6. Repositioning. Successfully repositioned Peek Pro with a new sales pitch/message deck and implemented across the business through a comprehensive training program.
7. New Office. Opened new office in Santiago, Chile, working remotely from Australia.

2. Hiring of Management Layer. We fully systemised the business, bringing in a management team who are now running the business full time.

4. Community Building. From zero, I grew a community of over 11,000 Tour & Activity Operators worldwide: the 'Tour Operators United' Facebook Group.
5. Book. I wrote and published a book on Amazon, 'Sell More Tours', which has had over 1000 purchases. 4.8 Amazon, 4.63 GoodReads.
