• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements. Translate needs into actionable features and acceptance criteria.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of improvement. Identify optimization opportunities, lead reviews, and enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and address concerns. Ensure buy-in throughout the process.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop training programs and materials for process owners and end-users. Conduct workshops and provide ongoing support for effective utilization of solutions.

▪️ Partner with internal/external hiring managers to assess their recruiting needs and anticipate future needs.
▪️ Perform job analysis to identify the key areas of responsibility and requirements of the position.
▪️ Collaborate with all teams within the company being part of the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, screening, Interviewing, assessing of the candidates and closing of the position.
▪️ Communicate with external recruitment partners regarding job vacancies and candidates
▪️ Support actively the company’s employer branding strategy and communicates it effectively internally and outside of the company.
▪️ Work closely with the recruitment team to assess their needs of marketing activities corresponding to the recruitment process as well as with approved external vendors for marketing management.
▪️ Participate in the organization of internal events for the employees aimed at recruitment campaigns and works closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition during this phase.
▪️ Responsible for planning, organization and holding of events, managed by the company and corresponding to the external employer branding strategy.
▪️ Manage the communication with universities, career centers, user groups, etc.
▪️ Represent the company at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
▪️ Develop and Execute talent strategies that strengthen the recruiting process and candidate experience.
▪️ Work closely with Business Development team and other departments in order to reach specific recruitment targets.
▪️ Preparing relevant recruitment reports and statistics.
▪️ Participate in the on-boarding process of the new employees and works closely with the Human Resources Manager during this phase.
▪️ Actively participates in the analysis and definition of internal recruitment system/ processes improvements.
