- Shorten sales cycles (particularly in the Mid market segment)

- Created the cross-selling strategy and process between the teams
- Onboarding of Condeco reps to sell Proxyclick
- Team restructuring

- Migration of processes and tools

Global Head of Sales (acquired by Condeco)

- Established the Mid-Market (<5000 employees) team globally (EMEA, AMER and APAC)
- Hired and coached to a team of 10
- Defined the velocity sales process

Global Senior Sales Manager, Mid Market

- Created the Sales Development Team at Proxyclick Globally (EMEA, AMER and APAC) 
- Delivery of the overall strategy to turn inbound, outbound and indirect leads into a tangible pipeline for the Account Executives
- GTM Strategy with Growth Marketing
- Ongoing Recruitment and Onboarding of the growing team
- Weekly Coaching (team and 1 to 1)

Global SDR Manager

As the first full-time salesperson at Proxyclick I was tasked with:
-Inbound, Expansion, Upsell, Channel and Outbound duties for the EMEA Region
-Assisting the marketing team with sales insights and metrics
-Sales strategy 
-Team onboarding and Sales Coaching of new sales members
-RFP responses
-Process Improvements
-GTM strategy
