In the 5 years at Proxyclick, we grew revenue from 1 million to 15 million in ARR, culminating to an acquisition with Thoma Bravo backed Condeco (now Eptura)

As Global Head of Sales I was tasked with:
- Management, hiring and coaching of Proxyclick Sales Team (20+ FTE)
- Increasing conversion rates from opp to close
- Shortened sales cycles (particularly in the Mid market segment)
- Increased deal value in the Enterprise segment

Upon acquisition:
- Created the cross-selling strategy and process between the teams
- Enablement of Condeco reps to cross-sell Proxyclick to existing customer base
- Team restructuring
- Sales Ops: Migration of processes and tools

Global Head of Sales (acquired by Thoma Bravo)

- Established the Mid-Market (<5000 employees) team globally (EMEA, AMER and APAC)
- Hired and coached to a team of 10
- Defined the velocity sales process

Global Senior Sales Manager, Mid Market

- Created the Sales Development Team at Proxyclick Globally (EMEA, AMER and APAC) 
- Delivery of the overall strategy to turn inbound, outbound and indirect leads into pipeline for the Account Executives

As the first full-time salesperson at Proxyclick I was tasked with:
