“I fell in love with coaching people so I made an empire out of it!” Starting over in a new country can be such a trying challenge, especially if you are unfamiliar with the language and cultural differences. Overcoming that challenge has brought out the best in me and ignited my passion to inspire people and help them put their best foot forward in life. Ten years ago, I met a mother through my daughter's kindergarten who had just moved to Germany and was facing the same challenge; learning the language and learning to adapt. She became my first client. This encounter had the most pleasant consequences. The first and foremost was a satisfied client. The ultimate and definitive consequence was building my empire; El Gawish Consulting and ElGawish Sprachen with over 2000 satisfied clients! The "El Gawish" empire has changed me from a woman with a plan and capacity for achievement to a businesswoman capable of coaching businesses into realizing their full potential. Founding El Gawish Consulting and El Gawish Sprachen has given me an opportunity to help companies bring forward business leaders, develop employee language and skills, resolve conflicts and overcome intercultural barriers. When I am not consulting, coaching, training or teaching, I am singing, reading or Nordic walking.
