Back discovering Asia with my wife, cycling through Vietnam and Japan, then on foot through South Korea and Indonesia. One highlight of many: relaxing in an Onsen (traditional hot spring bath) after a day in the saddle through the Japan Alps.

At SAP I was initially responsible for managing the Netherlands recruiting function before picking up additional responsibility for BeLux and then also all UKI large enterprise sales hiring. 

Successfully delivering 150+ hires per annum, working across all levels of seniority and lines of business: large enterprise sales, business development, pre-sales, field services (consulting), ecosystem & channel and corporate functions. Client facing role delivering candidates through internal sourcing teams, employee referral initiatives and external vendors.

Sybase has now been acquired and fully integrated into SAP. 

Responsible for leading Sybase’s recruiting function in EMEA, managing a team of recruiters geographically dispersed across the region. Individual responsibility for all recruiting in the UK, France, Italy and Spain.
