Then, towards the end of 2021, at the height of my career… I burned out. Around the same time, a health screening revealed: - my dad had cancer - my mum was battling a rare heart disease. It was a wake-up call. I decided to step away to focus on what mattered most. → My family. And in many ways, myself. By the end of 2023, everything changed. My dad fully recovered. My mum’s condition was finally under control. With a clear mind and a full heart, I decided to return. In < a year, through sheer hard work, I managed to rebuild from the ground up. Today, I lead a lean, boutique branch within PIAS, one of the largest FA firm in Singapore. The truth is, we may not have the flash of larger branches or agencies.
