Delivery included Customer Premise Equipment and Central Office Equipment configuration, Local Area Network integration, existing software integration, VPN integration, ILEC interaction, inside wire installment and adjustment, pre- and post-sale process management.

Development of Sales Engineer job requirements and standard operating procedures for Northeast Region, including budgeting for salaries and equipment, Buffalo NY to Washington DC.

* Roughly six months after moving to Rochester for this role Mpower announced that they would no longer build out services in the Northeast. I was placed in charge of a variety of "national focus" issues for standardizing Sales Engineering/Technical Consulting roles, procedures, etc., before I accepted a role in the faster-growing western markets.
