Individual contributor role who collaborated with stakeholders to compose or modify processes to improve the customer experience for network/ISP/voice issues.  Duties include gathering and documenting business owner requirements, working cross functionally with all levels of the organization to solidify processes, act as subject matter expert to assist in launch of new network products, and provide training and support to staff. 
Key Achievements: SME for Care/Repair organization to provide input, create processes, and system enhancements for at least 11 new product launches within a year.

Process Improvement Manager (Customer Care and Repair)

Individual contributor role who managed multiple process improvement opportunities involving network/ISP/circuit delivery implementations while applying lean methodology. Duties included working cross functionally to facilitate conference calls with internal stakeholders to compose or modify processes, track and monitor defects, create and present process documentation and provide training to staff.
Key Achievements: Created and launched a full Methods & Procedures library for the Data and Voice activations team; Established Nationwide Change Order process for entire company.

Process Analyst (Service Delivery)

Duties include communicating with customers, vendors, and internal resources regarding milestones and order progress; Risk management for implementation; Assisting customers and/or vendors questions/issues; Track order progress in multiple ordering systems to ensure timeliness of order delivery; Coordinating implementations with customers, vendors, and internal resources; Providing post installation support to customers; Provide forecasting and track revenue on a monthly basis.

Worked in various roles during this time period performing data entry, coordinating/scheduling customer orders, working customer billing disputes, sales support for partners, and submitting orders for service to ILECs.

With over 20 years of experience in program, project, and process management, I am a driven and adaptable professional who strives to deliver successful outcomes for corporate initiatives. I currently work as a Cybersecurity Services Program Manager at Center for Internet Security (CIS), where I oversee the development and execution of the CyberMarket Program, which helps enhance the security posture of various organizations and sectors in the SLTT (State, Local, Tribal, Territorial) community.

Some of my core competencies include cross-functional team building, customer and vendor relationship management, agile methodologies, and presentation skills.
