I have over 30 years of experience managing a variety of people in various environments and have an excellent track record. My experience involves supervising building maintenance, special construction projects/renovations, housekeeping and laundry departments as well as grounds maintenance and security for long-term care, senior living centers and behavioral health centers. I enjoy a challenge and am great at troubleshooting, problem solving and training staff while complying and educating staff on safety and compliance standards. I have proven to be an adaptable employee who thrives in fast paced environments, is team-oriented and is willing and able to learn new processes. I believe that my many years of management and operations experience, along with my organizational skills, excellent customer service and vendor relations, reliability and natural ability to interact and effectively communicate with my coworkers and customers would qualify me for a directors position in operations, maintenance, or environmental services in a healthcare setting. I would especially like an opportunity to get back into the senior living/long-term care sector of healthcare.
