Stakeholder Partnership Management: Managed the relationship between TAP and 11 partner schools. Chaired termly steering committee meetings and negotiated contracts and renewals. 
Line Management: Line managed team of 7-8 UAOs working across 11 different schools to around 600 students. Responsible for the UAOs' professional development and KPIs.
Programme Design, Implementation, Evaluation: Programme-Impact lead- responsible for supporting annual programme design work and embedding strong evaluation practices across the programme team. 
Quality Assurance: Co-led Learning & Development days and Community of Practice. A sub-group project lead for the Diversity & Inclusion Working Group and EDI Strategy committee.

London Programme Manager

Project Management: Executed organisation wide A-Level Results response (2021). Working with Impact Team to identify and evaluate impact of relevant sector trends, using internal data to identify students at risk. Planned training, allocation, resources for all audiences and delivered and executed these across the entire organisation and school stakeholders. Won internal TAP award for successful execution.
Programme Evaluation: Impact-Programme Lead. Responsible for identifying relevant programme insights and supporting annual programme evaluation and design process.
Quality Assurance & Learning and Development: Delivert expert guidance for new UAOs: Offering best practice support across national team of 25 UAOs. Organised and delivered induciton. Designed, facilitated delivery review meetings, Community of Practice, and worked in collaboration with Impact Manager to design and deliver Learning & Development days. 
Programme Management: Responsible for NEET Risk Student programme
Enrichment Lead: Responsible for Student Enrichement across organisation. Created and maintained central database of student opportunities.

Senior Programme Officer

University Access Officer & Medicine / Oxbridge Society Lead

Programme Delivery: complex programme hybrid delivery across 2 partner schools. Consistently delivered 100% of the programme on time and provided additional ad hoc support.  Won internal TAP award in my first month for exceptional delivery.  
Mentoring & Caseload Management: (workshops, 1:1s). Managed caseload of 85 students and 90+ volunteer tutors using Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
Additional responsibilites: Oxbridge & Medicine Society support, Monthly newsletter, Programme Design Working Group, Safeguarding Working Group, KS4 only Pilot Working Group
