As the Senior Office Administrator at the Boise, Idaho branch of an international engineering and consulting firm, I oversee all administrative functions to ensure the office operates efficiently. My responsibilities include managing ordering and receiving, organizing office events and team-building activities, tracking pool vehicle maintenance, and handling expense reports and time cards for office staff. Town of Gardnerville

This was the Town Hall for the Town of Garnderville. It is the office where the Town Board meets, the Town Manager and staff are based, and visitors can go to get information about the town. Trash collection, park maintenance, street maintenance, and town events are also managed there. As Senior Administrative Assistant, I did customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, updating and maintaining the filing system, data entry, and other miscellaneous office tasks as needed. I also planned many town events, including movies in the park, the town's birthday celebration, holiday kickoff events, and more.
