Managing the admin side of the Boise, Idaho office of an international engineering and consulting firm. As the Senior Office Administrator, I'm in charge of making sure the office runs smoothly, including managing ordering and receiving, planning and running office events and teambuilding activities, keeping track of pool vehicles and their maintenance needs, keeping track of expense reports and time cards for the office staff, and more. Town of Gardnerville

This was the Town Hall for the Town of Garnderville. It is the office where the Town Board meets, the Town Manager and staff are based, and visitors can go to get information about the town. Trash collection, park maintenance, street maintenance, and town events are also managed there. As Senior Administrative Assistant, I did customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, updating and maintaining the filing system, data entry, and other miscellaneous office tasks as needed. I also planned many town events, including movies in the park, the town's birthday celebration, holiday kickoff events, and more.
