Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities at hedgehog lab, including
managing and coordinating communication with candidates and overseeing the
recruitment processes for both permanent and contract candidates.
• Consistently collaborate with the resourcing team to ensure that pipeline projects are
appropriately resourced and that the current team is utilised efficiently. I work
diligently to meet tight timelines in order to meet commercial deadlines.
• Collaborating and supporting line managers and interviewers to best assist them through
the hiring process. This includes interview structure creation, role qualification, and support during decision-making.

Other Responsibilities
• Co-writing the Neurodiversity policy for hedgehog lab and implementing adjustments for candidates and current employees.
• Onboarding permanent employees and contractors.
