My career in global pharmaceuticals has spanned country management with small and large P&Ls; global commercial roles launching new and life changing medicines; portfolio strategy and business development licensing medicines and technical capabilities. My biggest learnings and most fulfilling successes have come from leading transformations - of organizations, of P&Ls, of strategic direction. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work in an industry that has contributed to changing the trajectory of many diseases. Today, I am excited about genomics and its potential to contribute to early diagnosis, and healthy long lives.
