The Parent Encouragement Program (PEP) is a nonprofit that has been serving the needs of parents and communities for over 35 years. Our goal is to build better families by giving access to our live & online library of courses and webinars that teach parents how to be their best selves.

PEP programs create resilient parents within your workplace to increase retention and wellness. PEP gives corporations certified parenting instruction for employees that reduces fatigue, stress, and anxiety; while developing more productive and happy staff members.  

Responsibilities include:'
- Sourcing, opening, and directing corporate & nonprofit partnerships
- Creating strategic business development and marketing plans
- Developing programs and pricing for corporations and educational institutions
- Increasing efficiencies around the capture and payment processing of new partnerships
- Created contractual client agreements, terms, and statements of work 
- Developed proposals, on-boarding forms, messaging, and email marketing content to capture new untapped markets
- Partnering with human resource departments, ERGs, and DEI leaders.
