Director, Real Estate and Employment

	Lead negotiations for more than 50 distribution and marketing partnerships resulting in approximately $100MM in revenue. Areas of focus included TV/Entertainment, Online Gaming, Online Personals, and Education.
	Collaborated with prospective partners to identify priority business goals so as to structure partnerships that balance AOLs capabilities to meet partners goals with AOLs business objectives.
	Developed models to determine pricing, optimal financial structure of deals; estimated and tracked results across a variety of industries and business models to ensure maximum results for partners and AOL. 
	Established AOLs first network-wide pay-for-performance -based partnership structures to monetize unsold inventory, generating more than $3MM in incremental revenue over 6 months.
	Worked with various internal groups to identify legal, business, content, and technology requirements to ensure AOLs needs are thoroughly vetted and addressed in all agreements.
