You know how in Canada they have trains in the Rocky Mountain that have not one, but three engines, in the front, the middle and the end, to manage the weight of their freight? I am the middle engine. I connect WW strategy with local execution in IBM's communication strategy.

Among other tasks, my responsibilities include:
 - Creating digital demand generation campaign strategy recommendation for the country or regional level in IBM's "growth market unit" (China, Australia and New Zealand, ASEAN, MEA, CEE and Latin America)
 - Building user journeys to map prospect's progress through communication activity
 - Leveraging existing web properties, and making recommendations for improvement in user flow
 - Development of measurement activity from business objective level down to data source level
 - Integrating paid, owned and earned tactics across full breadth of digital tactics: search marketing, search optimization, social media, display advertising, media cooperation, owned web properties, content development and management, digital nurture tactics
 - Pulling together various resources and guidance from different teams and programs to inform campaigns
 - Cooperation with IBM planning community to improve existing methodologies and connect IBM and Ogilvy planning efforts
 - Cooperation with event agency and media partners in strategy development
 - Best practice sharing and connecting strategy teams

Account Manager

I believe tiny details are as important as the big picture. Only by knowing the fine nuances are you able to think in broad brush-strokes. My experience spans both these extremes by including hands-on project management across continents, strategy development for one of the best global brands, and product management in a B2B2C "startup in an enterprise" environment.

To establish a platform for knowledge sharing, I founded and grew the Digital Strategy and UX Meetup from nothing into Geneva's biggest event series at the intersection of technology, business, and human-centered design, with 2200+ members and 45+ past events.

To connect service design practitioners, and grow the practice of service design in Switzerland, I co-founded the Swiss Chapter of the Service Design Network (SDN) along with Luzern University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), and UX agency Telono.

I love my work, and seek opportunities where I can make an impact on the world through it.
