Yes, I go by Michael and my last name is pronounced Kain-@-ski. Do you want to know a bit about who I am and what I do? Read till the end or stop now. . . I’ve always thrived by embracing the challenges others shied away from. I am an immigrant and experienced some difficult times early on in my life. Those experiences made me resilient. If someone says it can’t be done, that’s where the job begins. I am stubborn AF. My journey to success was built on failure, repeatedly, and still going. Each misstep has shaped my ability to solve problems and guide people through their own pitfalls. I’ve never worked in the same industry twice, and that experience has made me relentless to learn and adapt. I don’t care about being the smartest in the room—I care about being in the right rooms. This mindset has allowed me to be a relationship locksmith. I lead with kindness because I know the power of relationships. Whether in sales or leadership, people come first. I’ve seen the smartest people and biggest companies make dumb mistakes, and I've made many, too. In fact, I am an amazing coach on what not to do because I've f*cked up more than anyone. Want me to prove it? Ask. My mission: Help companies, businesses and people course-correct before they hit the iceberg. You don't need to plug holes if you avoid hitting it all together. I don’t fear failures. They’re the best tools for growth. What do I do? I help founders, leaders and entrepreneurs unlock the massive power behind Linkedin with proven tactical without the guru antics. I teach them to -> hire like an agency, without needing recruiters -> sell like a president's club team, without having to hire sales people -> fundraise without needing to rely on expensive resources and hefty marketing fees -> build a Linkedin presence that resonates with your "Ideal Human Profile™ Why do I do it? Because I have seen many people burn out and fail in their businesses trying to do it alone, or waste a lot of money without any results or outcomes. Ideal Human Profile (noun) Pronunciation: \ ī-ˈdē(-ə)l ˈhyü-mən ˈprō-ˌfī(-ə)l \ 1. A conceptual standard of excellence in human character, behavior, and capability—a model embodying intelligence, integrity, emotional depth, and social harmony. 2. Origin: Coined by Michael Kainatsky, who first articulated the notion as a synthesis of psychological, philosophical, and neuroscientific principles aimed at defining the pinnacle of human potential. We are all guilty of this. I have done it myself and it’s embarrassing. A passive “thank you for service” without a single thought behind it. We haven’t a clue what we’re thanking them for. And if you ask many veterans, they want to forget why. It’s easy to say words when they cost you nothing. How about this Memorial Day, we stop thanking them. Instead, let’s do something. Donate to one of the many causes for veterans. Joe mentioned a few of them in his post. Here’s another suggestion. How about asking a veteran how you can help? “What can I do to thank you for your service?” And veterans are too nice to say anything but they’re thinking it too. A change starts with actions, not words. Yours truthfully, Michael

Thank you for your service has become lazy. A polite reflex. A safe line. A way to feel supportive without doing a damn thing. MEANWHILE, Veterans are dying by suicide at alarming rates EVERYDAY! Military spouses are carrying the emotional and financial weight of deployment and loss. Kids are growing up with a folded flag instead of a parent. But hey, enjoy your long weekend! Fire up the grill! Post your patriotic quote and flag emoji! And scroll right past the fact that someone died so you could do that in peace. That’s not gratitude. That’s cosplay. And if it ends at a social media post or an awkward “thanks,” it’s shallow and insulting. Here’s the truth no one wants to say out loud... If your gratitude doesn’t cost you anything, it’s not gratitude. It’s a fucking performance. And while I'm here, it’s also Mental Health Awareness Month. You know who’s not getting enough mental health support? Those very same Veterans you insult with your empty gratitude. The ones you supposedly “honor.” The ones navigating PTSD. The ones not getting jobs. The one navigating a broken VA system that our leaders feel is an entitlement and silence from the country they served. So this year, skip the copy-paste patriotism. Instead, do try some of these... Donate. Find an org actually helping. Here are a few: Stop Soldier Suicide: Focused entirely on preventing veteran suicide through clinical support, case management, and long-term care. The Headstrong Project: Free, confidential mental health care for veterans and their families. Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors: Supports families who’ve lost a loved one in military service. Warrior Rising: Helps veterans transition by starting their own businesses. Team RWB Virginia Beach: Builds community and mental/physical resilience through fitness, events, and connection. Volunteer. Give time, not just thanks. Speak up! Speak up about what REALLY needs to change: the way we abandon service members once their uniforms comes off. Check in. Not just with a post. With a phone call. With presence. With patience. If you can name your favorite barbecue recipe but not one resource for a struggling vets then you’re not supporting the troops, you’re using them as a backdrop for your weekend. And you can change that by meaning what you say. Your freedom wasn’t free so stop fucking acting like it was. Special shout out to Michael J. Kainatsky who reminded me to be proud of the uniform and not the acts carried out while wearing it. I'm not there yet but, I'm getting closer.
