Chief Operations Officer

Associate Head for Advancement

Oversight for all school-wide information systems and technology.
—Started the school’s livestream program—one of the first schools to do so in the Metroplex to do so—broadcasting more than 100 events annually across athletics, arts, and academics—Initiated and facilitated a 1:1 laptop program for all high school students, including overhaul of the school's wireless infrastructure
—Managed iPad deployment in Preschool through Grade 8
—Oversaw the ongoing maintenance, inventory, and replacement cycle for all school-owned technology
—Led the school community through transition from Outlook-based email and document management to Gmail and Google Drive systems
—Created the school's social media presence, reaching 18,000+ accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube annually

Director of Innovation & Strategic Initiatives

Responsible for academic and spiritual development of students and teachers in Grades 7–12, including all discipline issues, monthly faculty and individual teacher meetings, oversight of parent/teacher conferences, teacher observations and evaluations, curriculum, and departmental and extracurricular budgets
