EXECUTIVE COACH: As a certified executive coach, I serve as an experienced partner, confidant, and sounding board for leaders. My goal is to help leaders discover and leverage their strengths to gain clarity, confidence, and a clear path to achieve their goals. My clients are from a wide variety of industries, positions, and backgrounds; but they have some common characteristics. Most of my clients are: - approaching or in the middle of a significant personal or professional transition - struggling to meet their own expectations for themselves - ready to stop letting others, external situations, or their own fears hold them back - currently fueled more by work achievements than personal ones - wrestling with a lack of confidence - unsure of how to most effectively lead others - equipped with everything they need to face their challenges and achieve their dreams - but can’t see it yet I help clients clarify the puzzle they want to solve and discover the pieces to the puzzle they already have. It’s hard to see all of the pieces and the ways they can fit together when they’re all still in the box. I help create the space to open the box, examine the pieces, and use the best ones for the puzzle in front of them. There is plenty of pressure to "have it all together.” Our conversations are not one of those places. They are a space where you can exhale and be yourself. You can explore, think out loud, ramble, and meander as you talk without judgment or any pressure to have the answers. The technical details: I have worked with leaders for over 25 years. I’m a recovering Labor & Employment lawyer; certified Executive Coach; member of ICF; Tennessee Supreme Court appointed Mediator; certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, 16pf, and DiSC; ICF Peer Coach; working toward my PCC credential.
